Diversity of perspectives is critically important for innovation and problem solving. The purpose of this resources page is to provide those interested in the climate sciences and climate adaptation with an overview of diversity in STEM, a better understanding of why diversity matters for academia and the climate sciences, and how we, as early career professionals, can benefit from increased awareness and advocacy of inclusion. Please feel free to share additional resources, articles, guides, and organizations with us at earlycareerclimate@gmail.com.
